Redeye is happy to see that Railcare and LKAB have signed a 5-year agreement with a total value of ~SEK350m. This will bring more stability and predictability to Railcare’s earnings. According to our estimates, around 40% of revenues are now related to firm long-term contracts. However, we are not making any changes to our financial forecasts at this point, since we have already anticipated an extension of the LKAB transportation contract.
