Nexttobe, existing investor Ulf Landegren, certain board members, senior executives and guarantee commitments add up to SEK 183m out of SEK 225m gross before additional funds from warrants in May 2025. Q-linea’s right issue will result in extensive dilution for non-supporting shareholders as the price is SEK 0.05 per share. Due to the approaching dilution, we update our Base Case to SKE 0.20 per share (Bull case of SEK 0.70 and Bear Case of SEK 0.05).
