Share issue due in Q3

Amid its foward-leaning growth strategy and recently weakened balance sheet (following a period of poor margins), Pricer has announced that it seeks to carry out a share issue of at least SEK 300m (vs. current market cap of SEK 1.2bn). The completion of the share issue is also a condition for the company to fulfill the covenants that apply to the secured bonds of a total of SEK 250 million that Pricer issued to Ture Invest Partners in Dec'22. The details of the share issue remains scarce, but it aims to complete this is Q3.
