OEM International Q4 2024: Bavarians at the gate - Redeye

Redeye updates its estimates and valuation after OEM’s Q4 2024 report. Fourth-quarter figures beat our estimates, with both organic growth and margins exceeding what we pencilled in. In just a few weeks, EQT will become OEM’s new largest owner, which we believe will result in more M&A. We raise our estimates and valuation.
