Northbaze Group AB has decided to carry out a fully guaranteed rights issue of units valued at approximately SEK 5.4 million. The purpose of the rights issue is to strengthen the company’s working capital and financial position. The unit issue includes shares and warrants. The unit issue is fully covered by subscription commitments and guarantees.
