Neonode: Low valuation – Optionalities on Automotive and Lawsuit - Redeye

Redeye states that the chances of Neonode winning or settling its lawsuit against Apple and Samsung have significantly been reduced. While the invalidity decision of patent '879 is likely to be appealed, and patent '993 is under an appeal process, the Neonode side does not possess the upper hand anymore. Regarding Neonode's operations, Redeye thinks time is running out for the Products business, but that the potential for License sales in Automotive is promising. Redeye makes only minor adjustments to its valuation range.
