Hoylu: Directed convertible note issue - Redeye

Redeye comments on yesterday’s announcement that Hoylu carried out a directed issue of convertible loan notes corresponding to a value of SEK34.6m, while an extra general meeting has been requested to decide on resolving an additional directed issue of convertible loan notes of approximately SEK37m.
