Heliospectra: Strategic Repositioning - Redeye

Redeye has made some revisions to near-term forecasts following Heliospectra’s shift in strategic direction, the Q4 report and other recent events. We believe the company’s ambition, to reposition itself from a supplier of LED lights to data-driven Smart Farming systems makes a lot of sense. It’s an attractive market expected to show strong growth in the foreseeable future. However, the transition probably means some negative impact on sales in the shorter term. Our new Base case fair value of ~SEK 2.4 per share is lower than previously, but still indicates a significant potential.
