Fragbite Group: Fall Damage consolidated - Redeye

Redeye provides a preview ahead of Fragbite Groups Q3 2023 report while also discussing its latest acquisition of Fall Damage. Given that the coming game release of Alara Prime is scheduled in H2 2024e and that the coming potential publisher should be entitled to recoup its investments first while earlier investors in Fall Damage are entitled to 50% of net profits up until cUSD18m, we first expect material contribution from Fall Damage in H2’ 2025e.
