Fluoguide: Directed share issue completed - Redeye

Redeye briefly comments on Fluoguide’s directed share issue of some SEK 25m in gross proceeds, announced yesterday evening. As emphasized in our previous notes, we expected Fluoguide to address financing this year, and the announced capital raise is thus in line with our expectations. The share issue results in minimal dilution of existing shareholders, and we marginally adjust our valuation as a result.
