Coala Life: Rights Issue of SEK c75m + Bridge financing announced - Redeye

Redye comments on the proposed rights issue of approximately SEK75m and bridge financing that was announced earlier today by Cola Life. Coala also released its KPI figures for October and preliminary Q3’23 figures in connection with the announcement. We are encouraged to see a financing solution presented and solid cash flow improvement on a q/q basis. Our fair value range is under review and will be adjusted following the outcome of the rights issue.
