Biovica: The rights issue secures SEK 100m before expenses - Redeye

Biovica’s right issue secures SEK 100m, and the number of shares will increase from 45.7m to 80.4m. If the warrants are fully subscribed in September 2024, the number of shares will increase by a further 17.4m, adding SEK 45m in growth capital. The objective is to secure break-even by mid-2025, and from now on, the ability to increase sales from US Direct Bill accounts will be the primary value driver over the next twelve months, in our view.
