• Pro Forma Adjusted EBITDA amounted to SEK 32m (34)
• Cashflow from operating activities amounted to SEK 34m (-31)
• Order intake amounted to SEK 228m (144)
• Order backlog amounted to SEK 595m (461)

Comments by the CEO
In the third quarter we reported an increase in backlog and strong operating cash flow. Although sales and EBITDA were slightly lower compared to previous year in the quarter (with the EBITDA margin remaining at 8%), project order intake rose by 58% to SEK 228 million, resulting in a backlog of SEK 595 million, yet an all-time high. Operating cash flow was SEK 34 million, positively impacted by changes in working capital.

The company continues to invest in profitable growth, including the acquisition of Svedan Industri Køleanlæg A/S, which strengthens its position in Denmark. Additionally, Francks recently announced its expansion into Finland, offering new energy-efficient cooling solutions under the name Francks Kylmäteollisuus Suomi Oy, aligning with its goal to be a leading player in industrial and commercial cooling in the Nordic region.
