Dooba Finance AB (publ) approaches investors for potential tap issue

Dooba Finance AB (publ) announces that Pareto Securities have been mandated to arrange a series of investor meetings commencing on 22 November 2024. Subject to market conditions, an issuance of subsequent senior unsecured bonds in a minimum amount of SEK 50 million may follow under the company’s existing framework of SEK 800 million senior unsecured sustainability-linked bonds due 2027 (ISIN: NO0013219493).
